I had a one off clean done on my house after I had moved out; after searching for local companies I decided on The St Neots Cleaning Company and they did an amazing job. They cleaned top to bottom, washed down woodwork and cleaned the inside of the windows and the bathrooms are super shiny and sparkly … I was extremely pleased with the job they did and I think the new owner will also be as pleased … I can highly recommend The St Neots Cleaning Company Ltd

Bought a house that was sold by Giggs and even though we didn't sell our house with Giggs, they were so lovely and helpful along the way. It was a very stressful move as it took more than a year due to a fallen chain, and we were in a humongous chain with a split chain. However, Nat kept us updated weekly and then daily when it was close to exchange. Thank you so much, Nat and all her colleagues, for making it happen in the end. We know who to go to next if we are selling again :)

Sold our house with Pirie homes!<br>Wanted to say a huge thank you to Jack, Ross and Hayley for all the work in selling our home and helping us on every step of the journey.<br><br>Jack initially came out to value our home at our request. We were at this stage not ready to move and were clear we were exploring options. It was so refreshing being privided with genuine advice instead of pushy sales techniques. When we were ready, we gave Jack the call and the house was on the market within a couple of days once the photos were taken.<br><br>In the end after a few viewings, it was Hayley who sold our home. Her personal approach and passion for our home was like having a representation of ourselves in the house looking for the right fit. I can say having viewed a few houses with Pirie homes, the approach is soft sales, they are there to help and advise.<br><br>Finally, we have sold / bought homes in the local area before with more established at the time estate agents. The one thing Pirie Homes does which elavates them above the rest is the support and relentless efforts of Ross. Working in the back ground chasing solicitors and keeping the continuious open line of communication ensuring all of the parties were fully aware of the where we all were in our individual process. This process was different to all other estate agents we had encountered and it is for this reason especially we would recommend Pirie Homes to anyone selling their home in the local area!<br><br>HUGE thank you from The Bonici Family!

Wow! Having just been turned down for insurance on a van because of my age, I was overwhelmed by HireorBuy in Little Paxton. An amazing group of guys, who have solutions for everything and for whom nothing is too much trouble. My grandson and I are now looking forward to delivery of the ‘little wonder’ - needed because of over zealous rewilding! If you are not their stereotypical client, let me recommend them for the best shopping experience ever!
