Im disabled & housebound and selling my home, I needed a prepare for market ( end of tenancy style deep cleaning. I did my research and contacted many companies who claim to provide this service, I was also contacted by many people who insisted they could do this type of clean. I spoke to many and exchanged emails with others, it became apparent that the majority were just domestic cleaners who thought they would love to do this but without even knowing what this type of clean involves.
I expected to be told what they provided NOT tell them what it should involve.
I spoke with Sally at St Neots Cleaning Company and from the first conversation I knew this was exactly the right service for me. Sally was well informed, she was detailed she was warm engaging and friendly she informed we of the things covered inc skirting boards doorframes switches etc. I didn’t have to spell anything out and there were things Sally covered which I hadn’t considered.
I chose St Neots Cleaning Company based upon, i felt that all the others were either inexperienced or just not equipped to do a thorough detailed deep clean & in a professional capacity.
I had a written quote and accepted an agreement of what the work would and wouldnt cover, when it would start and when it would finish. Even though they would need to work around me and two small dogs with being disabled & housebound.
Sally arrived with a friendly troop of 5 women ( it’s a large townhouse) bang on 9am as arranged and they were all a pleasure to have in my home, they were engaging and friendly with utmost professional conduct and consideration for my needs i moved around the house when necessary to give them full access.
The service provided, the work detail and standard was excellent I was thrilled with the quality of the overall finish.
Sally and her crew were so thorough and detailed, they worked like Trojan’s and their professionalism and standards were top notch.
Their interaction was personal, warm and professional and met my needs in a way that was individual and personalised without causing disruption or inconvenience. I can’t thank them or rate them enough so thank you to them once again.
I have honestly never seen such diligent cleaners in action,
I settled the invoice and I included a £90 tip to be shared amongst the crew that were here by way of a personalised thank you from me for being as considerate as they were .
I will forever promote and recommend this company and their workers to all,. Whatever service they provide to you.
In this day and age i was staggered to see that this good old fashioned deep cleaning exists and is available locally at a reasonable price if you want quality from a company you can trust.

We have been using the Ironing shop on and off for years. They are always reliable. We know the exact days they are coming and going. I had tried another company many years back and honestly they were double the price and kept changing pick up and drop off timings so this didn’t help with my work. Lesson learnt soon returned to the Ironing shop and very happy. They will hang or fold your items whichever you prefer. Wendy and the team are great! Highly recommended

Update: February 2024 Still good, some seats are getting a bit tired. Staff still pleasant and loos ok.
Update: November 2023 Still a nice cinema and the staff are pleasant. The drinks and snack are expensive for what you get. Sadly two of the adjacent restaurants have closed, but Pizza Express is still there and the high street offers a good choice of places for lunch or dinner. Plenty of parking nearby. Use it or lose it!
A good example of Cineworld. Nice staff, clean facilities and expensive drinks and snacks. Plenty of car parking and places to eat or drink very close by.
