I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about this company. I am very sparing with my praise, so it's a big deal for me to be this effusive. First off, the quality of their cleaning is exceptional. They go above and beyond any professional cleaning I have ever had done. They are thorough but also very respectful of my things and the way I want to have things arranged. Their cleaners are incredibly polite and it's always a pleasure to see them. On top of their exceptional cleaning, their prices are VERY reasonable. I pay less than I did when I hired a cleaner off of gumtree and their work is better. Their customer service is truly astounding; I have never experienced anything like it. Steven is always able to be reached. He replies to emails and phone calls within minutes. He has been beyond accommodating. On one occasional he drove to my house to pick up a payment. When I forgot to unlock the door for our cleaner he arranged an alternate day. He's unfailingly polite and bends over backwards for his customers, which is truly rare this day and age. I truly cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Tina helped us out when our daughter was three months old. She transformed Emme's sleep and our whole parenting experience as a consequence. So when we were expecting our second we made sure Tina was booked in well in advance of the due date! Our experience this time around has been so much calmer and this is in no small part to knowing we would have Tina around from the very start. She has helped us to get Benjamin into good sleep patterns from the very beginning and he is a calm and content baby. Tina is a wonderful person to have around; both personable and professional in equal measures. She is a complete natural when it comes to babies and is also extremely pragmatic; if something needs to be changed to make your baby sleep she'll work it out. If you are willing to take Tina's recommendations and implement her advice I can guarantee your baby's sleep will improve in next to no time.

With all of the glowing reviews on this site, Kim had a great deal to live up to and from the moment we met, I knew he was the person I wanted to redecorate my home. It was clear that he knew what he was talking about and following a competitive quote, I couldn't wait for him to start. The cloakroom, hall, stairs, landing, bathroom and one bedroom are due to be decorated in the near future but so far Kim and Steve have done a fantastic job on decorating the recently refitted en-suite. They turned up on time when they said they would, were courteous and tidy and as I had to go to work, I had no hesitation in leaving them a key to lock up at the end of the day. I need to arrange for some other work to be done before they can decorate the rest of the house but from what I have seen so far, I know they will do a good quality, professional job.

Having moved into the house a year ago, we were keen to add our own personal touch. From the day I called Kim to arrange a quote, he was nothing but professional and polite. Kim and his team did a lovely job, the prep and decorating was of great quality, the advice they provided was invaluable and their patience second to none. Initially, we had decided to do a select few rooms but as work progressed and looked so good, we decided to get the remaining rooms done also, to which Kim was very accommodating. Despite the obvious disruption of decorating, the house was left tidy every day. Great work at very reasonable costs. Thanks guys, would highly recommend.

This is the best cleaning company we have used. They are totally reliable, flexible in when they come and working around holidays and above all do a fantastic job of cleaning our house. Other services they have occasionally provided, such as carpet and upholstery cleaning have also turned out to be first rate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleaner in the St Neots area.
