It’s the second time we have used Giggs & Co. They weren’t the cheapest quote but as well as our previous experience we knew they had sold houses on our street recently. We were quick to sell and then the real value kicked in with Nat and Joe doing everything they could to facilitate our move. The excellent service we have received throughout the sale of our home was outstanding.
Right from the start, Kayleigh and Luke listened to our story of why we were moving and what type of buyer would suit our needs, they gave us some sound advice to get the house for viewings.
Kayleigh came round and put together a brilliant video tour ( made me want to buy my own home ) !
Kayleigh was very thoughtful when looking for the correct buyer for us, She received a number of enquires, however some were not suitable for our needs of moving quickly, it only took 2 viewings , the second couple that viewed put an offer in straight away and they were perfect for our chain ( no chain )
We are all moved now and i know that our buyers loved our old home
We really cant thank Kayleigh and the Team enough at Giggs , it can be very stressful moving homes, they supported us all the way from the start to finish
