I would give the highest recommendation to Thermo-Flow Services. I have used them to repair and install a heating system at my house, including a gas boiler, and to install a complete new bathroom. I have cancelled my heating insurance on the basis that I can get Thermo-Flow to maintain it more quickly and cheaply than the insurers. The bathroom install was done to perfection - no easy job since it involved fitting a frameless shower screen with no vertical, horizontal or lateral adjustment. All jobs have been carried out punctually, at reasonable cost and with courtesy and good humour. Well what can i say about these lads! They are absolutely top notch. Not only are they genuine but nice guys! Happy to have a chat and not just get you in and out! They know their stuff. Old and new age cars. Ive now take 4 cars to them and not one has had a problem. And the stuff ive had done hasnt been minor work! Specially on a 16 y/o mondeo st220 which almost needed a complete overhaul for MOT pass. And they did it! Re-mapped my wifes insignia which is beautiful. And countless tyres i cant count! And they even sorted my LWB van out!!!! Cant get all that in one place anywhere without paying through the nose! Inspiration gutted and fitted our family bathroom in June 2020. We explained what we wanted and all our expectations were met. The team doing the work were always on time, tidy and always made sure we were ok in the eves with a somewhere to wash or toilet etc as we only had one bathroom.
With covid we had our shower screen delayed but the team made sure we had a temporary solution and kept us up to date with the expected delivery.
Over a year with the new bathroom and I walk in there everyday very happy with the outcome.

I was gifted some art work and reached out to st Neots picture framing for advice and quote.
Kate replied promptly and guided me through the options available. The art was collected from the house and then returned having been given a new lease of life.

Jason and the team have been great to us. We have had them in to level and lay flooring downstairs, carpets on the stairs and landing. Jason helped us get the floor samples we wanted, worked with us to make sure the cat was considered in the job (i.e kept kitchen door closed) and communicated any issues with delivery. With covid there were a few delays but we always felt in the loop and was always booked in with minimal delay.

We first had Ian to install our kitchen worktops and on this job it was evident from day 1 that he took pride in his work. We have since had Ian back for staircase and internal doors. Where again he showed great pride in ensuring the jobs was as we wanted.
