My wife and I viewed three of their properties in a two hour slot, India, the girl who was showing us the properties arrived on time, and was very informed about each property, even though one of them had not been released for general viewing yet. She was able to answer all of our questions, and knew the area well.<br>Unfortunately we were viewing for a second choice, as we were all ready after a house with a different agent, which we actually managed to secure. I just wish that property had been with Giggs and co, as I feel the communication would have been much more straightforward.<br>I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them, and if I ever sell this house, it will be through their office.

A caring team, in particular India and Sophie, (although Joe was also working furiously in the background!) who did a huge amount of additional work to get the house to exchange in the time frame we needed. They communicated well with both ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors involved. If we were staying local we’d definitely use them again! Thank you.

Credit, where credits due, India you have been incredible. Shown us some amazing properties and truly listening to our needs. My partner and I have unfortunately just had an offer accepted through another company which we are gutted it isn’t through giggs (India)communication was 10/10. Having used Joe on a previous occasion, I had no reason to look anywhere to sell my property. From Ollie who valued through to Joe and India who both presented my property to prodpected buyers. The communication, enthusiasm and professionalism cannot be faulted. India was brilliant the minute she found a buyer. Thank you all, just sorry I moving so far away, as I would of tried to buy through. You all made the stress of moving feel easy and stress free!
