Our boiler stopped working in the middle of a cold snap and with 2 little ones at home we were in a bit of a panic. Even though it was evening, we got a reply straight away to our message. My wife and I have been using Tackwoods for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of their service and repairs .
I have had a new heater matrix fitted to my Golf and this was carried out by the Tackwoods team at less than a quarter of the cost that VW wanted to charge . I like the fact that Sean and his team always explain what is needed and they don’t ever go looking for work that is not required ( unlike VW main dealers). You actually get to talk to people who know what they are talking about .
My VW has been troublesome since I bought it 4 years ago , but this garage have always managed to fix it .
They are equally as good with my wife’s mini .( which has been almost trouble free ) for routine servicing .
