Big building with lots of storage rooms which can fit a lot of things in them. The place is open 24 hours and has lots of security you can not get in without entering a code at the gate to the car park which is quite small. There are around 3 floors and it is barely ever busy.

Alan's team from 'Inspirations' have recently refurbished our bathroom. It is amazing & we are so happy, great quality & finished off with excellent attention to detail.
We have used Inspirations before, several years ago & have already booked a small refurbishment to be carried out to the kitchen in the near future.
A great team, friendly, professional & very willing to assist with your requirements & after care if required.

UPDATE: NO AC! JUST A FAN, IS LIKE 26 DEGREES AT 10PM......really??? Is like 2023. Other gyms like Easy Gym ,Slough has AC AND WI-FI FREE.....LIKE REALLY?!
Nice staff and approachable.
The gym could be a bit bigger but it will do.
The gym has the essential machines and even more.
I even seen new people from the other gyms moving to Gainz.
Isnt to expensive or busy like the others and whats the best thing ...IS OPEN 24 HOURS!

Great selection of equipment, 24/7 access where fixed hours are manned with staff. 2 floors, weights on bottom floor and cardio on upper.

Dean is absolutely brilliant at what he does. He is polite and very knowledgeable. Whilst he had hoped to replace a part in my boiler unfortunately it's no longer an option so a new boiler it was :( Another excellent job Dean has carried out for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Glycon Ltd to others.
