I had a stove put in by another company and had nothing but problems with the smoke and chimney. I bought it off the internet & got a bloke to install it (he was supposed to be a proffesional). Then as a last resort I asked Steve to look at it for me & within 4 hours he put everything right & have had no problems since. I wish I had gone to St Neots Fireplaces 1st and it would have saved me alot of stress & money.
