I chose Nicky to replace my bathroom from the testimonials on this website. I am glad I did, as she was excellent. She took time to discuss details with me, assisted me with ordering some items online whilst she arranged others. She is very skilled, took time to discuss each stage, and then used care in positioning & layout of each item, even rising to a 'toilet' challenge! The tiling and finish looks great. Everything works well and she was a delight to have around.
I have no hesitation in recommending Nicky.

Having renovated rooms and houses previously finding someone to work with who is professional, works to efficient time and to a fair cost isn't always the easiest. However in Steve and St Neots Fireplace Centre you have just that. Steve and his team work hard and fast but with no attention to detail spared. We encountered a couple of unforeseen problems along the way but Steve's manner and way of working meant there were no overall hiccups - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve and his team and we will be asking them to do our other chimney and wood burner next year.
