I found Craig after walking past his van and then checking him out here on The Best of St Neots! I wanted a new kitchn fitted and on calling him I discovered he was also fitting my neighbour's kitchen.
Craig came round initially within a couple of days to have a look at the job, where I gave him some photos of what I was looking for - a country style kitchen. After taking some measurements Craig came back with a number of options. Craig also met me at builders merchants to look at kitchens and recommended a tile shop too.
He has a lot of patience as I kept changed my mind on things. and his recommendations were invaluable when I got stuck.
On the day of the kitchen fitting, Craig turned up on time and wasted no time in ripping out my old kitchen. After a number of problems with previous dodgy wiring and having to take the ceiling down (unplanned but necessary due to previous shoddy buillding work) the kitchen was completed and looks amazing. The quality of work is outstanding and I've had many comments on how lovely it looks. I would higly recommend Cromwell Proprerty Services.

Sorted out our "very sorry for itself" boiler, provided a quote for new one as requested, but unlike many others, did not push to sell one and advised that our current one was adequate for now. Refreshingly honest and so helpful.
A week later also nipped over to sort out a broken radiator that needed adjusting for no charge.
Would recommend highly and will be using for all our plumbing and heating needs from now on, thank you!

I needed a pallet delivered next day a.m. and the company I usually use only take bookings upto midday. This was a very important shipment, it was for a new customer and we needed to look professional and show them we can perform well incase there is any more work in the future. It was 16.00 hours and I needed to get this shipping problem resolved. I gooogled for courier services within St. Neots and IJS Couriers came up. After ringing them they sent round a van within twently minutes and confirmed the next day that the pallet had reached its destination. I will indeed use them again and would recommend IJS to anyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
