We needed to dodge around our customers and have a quick drying time, which were our key needs, as well as clean carpets of course. Ian accomplished all with ease, and did exactly what it said on the tin. I would not bother going anywhere else from now on. Thank you Ian.

SMB Builders were fantastic.. Always turned up on time and also very tidy when leaving at the end of the day.. The quality and workmanship was second to none and would highly recommend them.They have transformed what was a small kitchen into a large open space with a huge extension which included knocking down walls which they even did without making too much mess!! The brickwork was matched to perfection .. Thanks Steve and team.. When can you come round and start the next project?? Thanks again Lisa &Ade;

He explained to us clearly what was wrong with our boiler and said if we had any problems getting this rectified by our builder, we could give him a call.
