Kev Fisk has undertaken several projects for me since 2012 when I moved to the area. He has serviced one boiler (three times), installed a new gas boiler and radiators in an outbuilding (and serviced it), laid an underground gas pipe to a greenhouse and connected a heater there (and serviced it). He also exposed an underground waste pipe and inserted an access chamber and new pipe so that a new utility room could have a drain. All these projects were done well (and I happen to be a chartered engineer, so tend to be critical). There has never been any hassle about price or quality, or reliability.

I was recommended Dean when my boiler failed to give me heating. He was very efficient at finding the problem and rectifying it. He came promptly and I certainly won't hesitate in using him to service the boiler and when the time comes to have him fit a new comb boiler. A pleasure to deal with Dean and I have already passed on his contact to friends and neighbours.

The workmanship and attention to detail shown by Ian at Ashcroft was fantastic. Our cream corner sofa was showing signs of wear and tear. Ian worked hard and has changed the appearance of the sofa for the better - it now looks like new. He is easy to have around, is punctual and gets on with the job. I would definitely recommend Ashcroft and will be using them again. Thank you.

I called Dean as our immersion heater was leaking. He came promptly, reassured me and ordered the part. He returned, fixed it and a few other bits as well as servicing the boiler. Professional and courteous I can't recommend Glycon highly enough.
