Well what can i say fantastic job guys really appreciate your work .
I travelled up from wolverhampton to visit family when my car decided to pack up on me ,i only had 24hours due to getting back home these guys work hard to get me back on the road ,good friendly service and reasonable prices .if i lived local this would be my number garage .

Hi would just like to say a big thankyou to the team at Total automotive solutions
My 2006 BMW X3 broke down whilst i was in waiting to pick my children up in the school .
Went to restart the car and nothing was happening all the lights where on but not turning over.
So I reach for my phone to find a local garage..
TAS came up so I call an spoke with a very polite man called Chris Whiteman. He sent somebody out to collect my car with a tow truck along with a loan car for me and my children to get home safely.
He then called me later on that day to let me know the problem.
Which was a faulty starter motor and a new Battery was needed..
Along with a quote to the breakdown of costs..
We agreed the works to proceed asap.
The next day the car was delivered back to my home cleaned and valeted .WOW!!
I called and settled my bill with Chris as agreed..i didn't get charged for the tow truck or the courtesy car...
Car is running and looking great..

How do you get a quote for £950 from one garage and then get another for £400? Total Auto is the answer. I was sceptical I have to admit but the job was well done, quickly and professionally. 3 months on my car is running better than ever. These guys know Volkswagen and it shows. Honest and reliable!

Dean carried out a boiler service at our property in July. It was the first time he had done a job for us and I would have no hesitation in calling him in the future, for next year’s boiler check or any other job. i only had a small job (replace 1 cupboard door and tighten 1 other) ian was brilliant! popped round at short notice and done the job. he has made the doors even more secure with additional screws. it was a pleasure to give ian the business a decent hard working honest tradesmen!! totally recommend him!!
