We’ve used Binney and Sims ltd after our planning application was rejected using another architect. We were impressed by Katie’s problem solving skills, her eye to detail and her professionalism. She overcame the issues we had with the neighbours and we are very pleased that our 2 storey extension plans have been approved. I would defently recommend Katie for anyone requiring architectural expertise in St Neots.

I have used Glycon (Dean) quite a few times and would have no hesitations in recommending him to others. He is polite, knowledgeable, efficient and his work is excellent. On this occasion we had a problem with our boiler not always firing up. I left a message yesterday and Dean contacted me first this this morning and luckily was able to carry out the necessary work today. Very happy with the service and knowing we now have a boiler working correctly.

I contacted Glycon regarding a warning of high carbon monoxide emissions setting off my CO alarm. Dean came round within half an hour to carry out tests. He was able to put my mind at rest that I am not in any danger as it transpires that the alarm itself is at fault.
