My woollen lounge rug lost its lustre over the years and as my large long-haired dog loved to lie on it the time had definitely come to call Ashcroft - and I was definitely not disappointed. The rug came back with a fluffiness I hadn’t seen in years, the pile was deep and had its shine back, and it had a clean smell. Thank you Ashcroft for an excellent service. I definitely recommend.

They have been extremely professional, efficient and above all very helpful with thoughts and ideas. Nothing has been too much trouble and the team Paul uses to do all the additional elements have all been great.
