We bought our house from Giggs & Co back in May 2018. We had approached them early on in our search for our perfect home and received such a personal service from them throughout. Other estate agents sent us to places that we would never buy because it didn't fit our spec of what we needed. It makes you feel unheard and unimportant and can become frustrating BUT Giggs & Co really understood what was important to us. They contacted us about a few houses all fitting our 'must haves' list. In particular a lovely house in one of our favourite villages. They arranged a viewing that same day and oh my goodness it was perfect. We put an offer in that day and the ball was rolling. They had really listened to us and it meant so much. Jack was amazingly professional and friendly, he stayed in regular contact throughout the process and updated us and the sellers every step of the way, so that there was transparency on both sides. Its a stressful time but giggs & Co made it so easy. They even checked in with us after we had moved to see we had settled. A wonderful professional service and huge emphasis of customer service. Highly recommended!!!

We have recently sold through Giggs & Company. Eric was assigned our home from the outset, he visited prior to putting the house on the market and informed potential interested parties. This led to us having multiple viewings within the first few days of the house being on the market. This in turn led to multiple offers and the house being sold within only a few days.<br><br>We then viewed multiple homes across the local area, including some registered to Giggs. Eric was on hand for any queries and he himself arranged to meet us at the houses we were viewing through Giggs. We really appreciated his non stereotypical salesman approach, he was not at all pushy and we were in fact surprised by the amount of knowledge he had on each house we visited.<br><br>We have since purchased our new home (STC), Eric so far ensured all parties are well informed by liaising himself with us, the solicitors and the mortgage adviser.<br><br>I would highly recommend using Giggs and Co for anyone looking to buy or sell in the local area. Eric's proactive approach has been instrumental and allowed us to sell our home and find a house for me and my family to soon call home. Eric managed the buying of our new property and made the whole process smooth and not stressful, he is professional, polite, friendly and ALWAYS answered the phone if you needed anything which made you feel as though you were the only customer he had to deal with.<br>Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received from all members of staff at Giggs. Having recently both bought and sold through Giggs and Co it's totally necessary to leave feedback accordingly!<br><br>I had my house listed with an online agent (Purple Bricks) for around 8 weeks, and in that period (and with 2 price reductions) I achieved the grand total of ZERO viewings.<br><br>I gained an interest in a property listed by Giggs and co, and was immediately impressed with Eric who showed me around the house. He was down to earth, professional, and more than anything, just a really nice chap, who listened to my wants and needs, and understood what I was trying to achieve through open questioning.<br><br>Eric persuaded me to list my own house with Giggs, and insisted that it was very saleable, and his confidence inspired me to do so. Eric and Giggs didn't disappoint. Within a fortnight, I had struck a deal on both the property I viewed, and the sale of my own property, and since that date I have been kept up to date on a regular basis with how everything is proceeding. The communication really has been second to none, and that alone is worth it's weight in gold!<br><br>My experience in the property market tells me that not enough agents are concerned about the customer experience, and this isn't true of Giggs. It feels like the company care, and with Eric they have a real asset in terms of his sales skills and customer focus.
