In the week between Christmas and New Year our shower pump developed a leak. We contacted Dean after he was recommended by our son, even though he was meant to be on holiday he straight the way said he would come out to see if he could help. Unfortunately we needed to have a new pump which Dean was able to order for us on New Years Eve with predicted delivery Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. The pump duly arrived and Dean came the following day to fit it for us, he also attended to a couple of other jobs while he was with us. It was so refreshing to meet such a pleasant tradesman who kept his word and turned up when he said he would and kept us informed along the way. We would like to say a big thank you to him.
