During our two years of renovations, we've had some great tradesmen and some appalling ones (Jake the general builder from Huntingdon...avoid at all costs!). Glycon have proven to be the former. Dean was responsive, assessed the job fairly, and carried out the work when and as promised. The cost was entirely reasonable and the quality of work very good. Definitely a Best of St Neots and we'd use again.
I'm actually surprised Tommy doesn't have a full 5 stars from all reviewers. We initially used Tommy for re-plastering during a house renovation we were undertaking. Of all the tradespeople we had come and go, Tommy was by far the best. Punctual, tidy, clean, very polite and always provided the best advice. His plastering is like marble, it's so smooth! Additionally his rates were very competitive. We used Tommy again for further work and will be using him for all our plastering needs in the future. It's so difficult to find trustworthy tradespeople, Tommy is like a breath of fresh air.
