HOW REFRESHING. BT and another independent Electrician advised and quoted me in excess of £150 to move my broadband connection. I asked if I could use an extension cable but was told that this would weaken the signal and would be detrimental to the broadband service. I phoned Nigel that afternoon having found his number on "Best of St Neots". One day later before 8.am Nigel called round and assessed the situation and advised me that actually an ADSL extension cable would suffice, the cable cost me 7.99 and guess what? “It worked”. Nigel would not accept any payment for his advice. I found his attitude refreshing in light of what I had been quoted previously for something I didn't need. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel. B.Smith, ST Neots
