When your steamer oven in the restaurant goes down you are in serious trouble, even worse if its a Saturday!None of the usual technicians are available. Beginning to panic, but it was DARREN to the rescue! Turned up within the hour, a bit of diagnostics, found the fault, drove to St Neots to get the part, returned, and hey presto! We are back in business! Many thanks Darren, can't ask for better service than that!.We are now a fan of 'Safe Place'!

These guys, especially the young manager, just give great service. I arrived at 5:30 tonight, just when they should have been going home. I was going to make arrangements to come back in the morning for my Calor Gas, but, no they happily re-opened the cage and got me 2 of those big cylinders. Just wanted to say THANKS to Kim & Steve for quoting for the re-decoration of our business premises. Unfortunately outside our budget currently but that is our problem not theirs.
