i-d Image Development Photographers of St Neots
2 Day Photography Course for Beginners.
“Learn how to control your camera, rather than your camera control you!" Topics cover everything from setting your exposure to taking action photographs and landscapes etc.
Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March 2018
(between 10am and 2pm)
The course will give a basic understanding of how a camera is put together, exposure, time of exposure, depth of field and other basic techniques that will give students the tools to be able to take the photographs that they like.
We advise you bring a notebook and pen. The course will be more forum based, rather than tutors and students and fully interactive.
Course will cover:
Will include going out on location (weather permitting) on the second day to put some of the techniques you have learned into practice. You will also be expected to go out on the first day after we have finished the session in the studio to take your own photographs so that on the second day, you can bring some of those images into the studio for us to evaluate.
We can then use what you have learned when we go out on location on day 2. We have found from the earlier courses that not only do our customers learn from us, they are also learning from each other.
The cost will be £95 for the two days. It will include a pocket sized booklet with a synopsis of the course, which you can use as a guide for future photography. Light refreshments will also be provided.
All courses now have a 10% discount when booking two or more people on the course.
If you are interested in attending this course or require any further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Photography is not just about technical skills. It's about the passion and energy that you put into your work and hopefully we will be able to convey that to you at the studio. You don't have to be a professional photographer, but you can enjoy taking the photographs that you like.
