Hi I am always happy with tackwood as a service and the staff . I am dissapointed that there are certain things they won’t take on, ie oil & filter in my cmax automatic and the next service on my motorhome (Ford transit) I have to take it to another garage to have the wet cambelt changed which in my opinion is a service part.yours Chris Ratcliffe.

Just had my MOT done, very easy to book, and great feedback on the test. Tackwood have been doing my MOTs and servicing for more than 10 years and it has been an easy and low cost experience, easily a 5 star experience. And when I've had questions about my car they have been very helpful in taking a look and being reassuring, not using it as a selling opportunity, in an industry where the dealerships scare me, its great that there is an honest car company around.

My experience was good.
I had noisy brakes. I booked it and tackwood (Robbie) explained the problem and corrected the issue. They could have told me anything and charged more but they just repaired my issue and charged accordingly.

Recently had my MOT at Tackwood and as usual they were great. The pleasant, lighthearted way you are dealt with as a customer is refreshing. You actually deal with people and not AI which to most people is the ability to have confidence in the staff and not take pot luck with a computer . Keep up the good work guys.
