The staff that I have dealt with in particular Hannah Fox have been very helpful, professional, happy. I always felt that if I had any issues or concerns that she would do her very best to address my concerns and put my mind at rest. She explained things to me so that I could understand them. I really appreciated the fact that if I hadn't been in touch for a week or so , she would give me a courtesy call just to see how my search was progressing. The service we have received from Premier Plus Ltd in relation to our mortgage has been outstanding. We are especially grateful to Ronni who has responded to our emails so quickly - even late in the evening, during weekends and on bank holidays. She has tirelessly chased the bank when we had admin issues with our mortgage and escalated the problems on our behalf. Despite set backs with losing out on 2 houses, she has taken away lots of the stress from us and always remained friendly, professional and so efficient. Thank you!

BEWARE, use Premier Plus at your own risk. They are fine for simple transactions, my first encounter went smoothly and a mortgage secured, I couldn’t recommend them enough. My second encounter was a completely different experience as my transaction was complex. I couldn’t believe I was dealing with the same people, I had the phone put down on me by a woman who’s brusque at the best of times yet I was accused of being rude and aggressive by the very MD, having never been accused of this in my life. Estelle displayed a surprising & shocking lack of interest and little initiative to get my mortgage over the line to the point I bypassed her to deal with the lenders directly. It appears where too much effort is required for the commission they will earn one runs the risk of them breaching the very Client Agreement signed by terminating without notice proving zero scruples.

Michal and the team at Premier Plus were our dream brokers. They answered any questions we had, we so informative of all our choices and super friendly. Plus: quick! We had one mortgage offer from them which got sorted in just days and then, when that sale unfortunately fell through and we had to find another house, they sorted yet another mortgage offer for us instantly again.
