I have had the best experience with Michal at Premier Plus and Clare who followed on once the application was sent in. Michal has been incredibly patient with me and has had to deal with so many delays on my side, and let's not even talk about the hundreds of questions I fired his way. I honestly could not have had a better advisor and the experience has been unexpectedly positive for something that is normally stressful. Thank you for everything Michal, you are the BEST!!

James has just done our first mortgage for us and was excellent through out. He explained things clearly and kept us updated at every stage, nothing was too much trouble. He then put us in contact with Claire who was also excellent at explaining all the different mortgage protections available and ensured that we got the best deal on the cover that suited us best.
