Joe and his team recently completed some interior building work; knocking down 2 walls and installing a steel. He and his team were brilliant. They did a fabulous job, were really respectful of our home and consulted with us as and when questions arose. I would definitely recommend JP Building.
We were looking to add a garden room to our cottage in Offord Darcy. We spoke to number of builders, but Joe Polfrey immediately impressed my wife and I with his vision of what we could achieve. Joe is a young man with an eye for what would blend well with a traditional listed building. He was clear and concise and recommended a good architect who proved to be very good. The build itself went extremely smoothly with Joe being a man true to his word. Joe managed the process extremely well from start to finish. The quality of the build was superb and we would highly recommend J. P. Building for any building project. Geoff & Jane Bent.
Joe helped us transform our outdated bathroom/bedroom into a bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room. He has a great team of other professions working with him and made sure the whole process progressed from start to finish without any problems. His ideas and experience helped us realise the best possible use of space and the finished re design was better than we had hoped for. Big thanks Joe

Garage conversion and porch in Dec 13. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the recent work that Joe and his contractors have achieved. We found Joe to be very professional, keeping us well informed at every stage and delivering the high standard of workmanship that was promised. Joe and all of his contractors were hard working, reliable and very respectful. There was minimal disruption to our daily routine, the site was kept tidy, and all work was completed in time for Christmas :) I would defiantly recommend J.P.Building Ltd to any of my friends and family!

Very pleased with the rapid repair of a damaged water drain. Joe turned up ahead of schedule and after investigating the problem explained everything clearly. Everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Would certainly recommend.

We used JP Building to convert our loft into a storage area. They were polite, friendly and cleaned up everything. They were also really efficient and organised and sorting out the electrics and ladder etc so it could all be done as quickly and smoothly as possible. Have already recommended to a couple of people, they did a great job. They also managed to squeeze us in when they were really busy, and were a reasonable price. Will use again if needed for sure.
We have recently had some building repairs done to our old house. J.P. Building Ltd. were very efficient and worked hard. They also cleaned up all their mess and left the area tidy.

JP building have recently completed a two bedroom extension above my existing garage and utility room. The extension has been completed to a very high standard and I am really pleased with it. I would highly recommend JP builders and they would be my number one choice for any building work in the future.
We have just had a 2 bedroom extension built over our existing garage and utility room by JP Builders with which we are really pleased with.
JP builder’s craftsmanship is to a very high standard and Joe is an absolute pleasure to deal with. From start to finish our project run very smoothly and the site was tidied at the end of each day. Joe kept us to date with what work was proposed for the following days/weeks. During our project Joe recommended several changes to the plan of internal layout of the extension and I am glad that we took Joe's advice and made the recommended changes.
We would highly recommend JP Builders for any building work and they would be our number one choice in the future.
i have just had four new lintels put in by j p builders and am extremely pleased with the result and the price it is good to know that there still are very good builders about and i will not hesitate to contact him again should i need more work doing .i would also like to thank best of stneots for putting me in touch as it can be a nightmare finding somebody reliable

Joe and his team have just finished our extension over the garage and partially rebuilt an existing extension adding a pitched roof to replace the flat one that was there,the work is to a high standard and very clean and tidy,joe carries out the work as if doing it to his own house and is very conciencious from start to finish.very pleased

EXCEPTIONAL BUILDERS - Turns up when he says he will. Does what he says he will in the time he says it will take and has no changes to what he quoted. What more do you want? Clearly wants to keep the good name they have in the area. Very helpful.
The builders repaired the rear of our garage very satisfatorolly whilst working on extensive building work on an adjacent property. A consideration was given to us whenever possible during development of building work - Highly recommended.
