Dean and his colleague replaced our boiler over the course of three days - very efficient in providing an initial quote, explaining what was being done, and clarifying everything in writing.

We phoned Dean due to a drain blockage. He said he would come out first thing the following morning. This he did and cleared the drain, tidying up after himself. He was polite and efficient and was very reasonably priced. We would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Dean successfully cleared a blockage in the drain that linked to my toilet, bath & hand basin. There was no fuss or bother just an efficient and methodical approach to the task in hand which was not helped by the fact that he needed to gain access to the manhole in my neighbour's garden. At the end everything was functioning well, my garden & my neighbour's garden were left just as they had been found, the cost of the work was fair and at all time Dean was friendly and polite. A JOB WELL DONE. Thank you.

I have had cause to use Dean on a number of occassions for various repairs and maintenence around the house over the last year. Everytime the service has been excellent and always faultless. Dean installed a complete new bathroom refurbishment and new combi boiler for me back in December. The service was superb and the quality of Dean and Jason's work was exceptional! They always arrived on time and consideration was always taken to minimize any disruption (only one toilet and bathroom in the house!) a job very well done!

British Gas could not find the fault after 2 attempts!! Deann came round, 2 hours later up and running, no parts needed,repaired a vacuum unit. Heating back on....
