Dean responded extremely well to my recent boiler issue, accomodating servicing needs and working around my hectic schedule with a really professional attitude. I have to say his communication was possibly the winner for me - I knew at every stage of the job what was going on and when the next contact or visit was necessary. He even followed up the job to make sure everything was OK a few days later. Seriously impressive service and now my local recommended gas engineer!

Dean has created an amazing bathroom and separate toilet in our home, absolutely to the specification we wanted. He is a perfectionist and every part of the job was done with expertise and care.
He also fitted our new boiler and changed the location, also giving us peace of mind that he will come back and service it each year so we don't get caught out in the colder months.
Finally we were let down last minute by another builder who was due to do some other work for us, and within an hour Dean had made some calls and the work was rearranged to be done the next day, earlier than we expected at the same price we had been quoted.
We were really happy to have him and his team in our home as they treated it with care and respect despite it effectively being a building site for a bit,and would happily recommend him for all aspects of home improvements.

Great job! We were thrilled with the professionalism, speed and detail with which Glycon completed our refurbishment. We were kept informed at all times and yet weren't bothered with little problems. Dean was very friendly and professional, whilst working he maintained an extreemly clean work area, he kept us informed of the progress on a daily basis. When he had completed the installation he took time to give a demonstration on how to operate the new boiler and filter system. In short we would be more than happy for him to carry out any further work.

Dean and his team completed work on my cottage. This included plastering building a small internal extention and artexing. They are very pleasant workers and tidy up afterwards.

This company has done 2 jobs for me. Fitting an En Suite making the best use of space. 2nd removing an old gas fire and fitting a new one. In both cases the work was carried out in a timely manner, the workmen courtious and professional and all requests met. I will definitley use them in the future.

Dean recently carried out a service on my gas boiler and he was punctual, polite, efficient, and even cleaned up afterwards. The price charged was as quoted without any extra's-and he didn't spend all his time trying to persuade me to have a new boiler-unlike a certain national company.
