Our yearly visit from Dean to service our boiler and on this occasion also to deal with a leaking tap. As always Dean was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and his work was excellent. He managed to save us the cost of a new tap thanks to having a box of varying sized o-rings! I would have no hesitations in recommending Glycon (Dean) if you want a professional, trustworthy and excellent service.

During the last six months Dean has completed a variety of work for us. As usual the standard of workmanship is outstanding. He always arrives on time on the arranged day and after having completed the work clears up thoroughly afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dean has just finished refurbishing my kitchen; basically, everything bar the kitchen units themselves. He's installed a new sink, tap, oven, hob, worktops and has retiled and siliconed everything else, plus loads more little jobs besides. He did a brilliant job on everything and my kitchen has literally been transformed. He's very personable and goes the extra mile in making sure you're happy with his work. I couldn't be happier and would recommend him without pause to anyone thinking about having work done in their kitchen or bathroom. You'll be in very safe hands.

In the week between Christmas and New Year our shower pump developed a leak. We contacted Dean after he was recommended by our son, even though he was meant to be on holiday he straight the way said he would come out to see if he could help. Unfortunately we needed to have a new pump which Dean was able to order for us on New Years Eve with predicted delivery Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. The pump duly arrived and Dean came the following day to fit it for us, he also attended to a couple of other jobs while he was with us. It was so refreshing to meet such a pleasant tradesman who kept his word and turned up when he said he would and kept us informed along the way. We would like to say a big thank you to him. We would definitely recommend him.

I recommend Dean for his very efficient and friendly service. I phoned Dean regarding a leaking boiler which another plumber had been unable to fix. Dean visited later the same day and quickly identified the problem. A replacement part was necessary so Dean did a temporary fix and ordered the part. When the part was available, Dean returned and fixed the part.

I expected to be put on a long waiting list, but one day after having left messages for him, I picked up a reply, returned the call and within a couple of hours the job was done.
He also had time to answer a few general queries I had.

Dean provided an excellent service - he quickly identified the problem in our shower system, went out of his way to buy the new part - giving us multiple options to choose from and honest advice for his recommendations so we felt unpressured and confident in our choice. He was able to fix our shower problem swiftly and at a reasonable rate. Very professional.

Dean did a fantastic job refurbishing our kitchen, his attention to detail was second to none. He provided an all round service including plumbing, electrics, installing appliances and he created our brilliant raised breakfast bar to fit in with our idea of a perfect kitchen. The finish is lovely, we're so pleased with the result and with his workmanship, would recommend him very highly.

Yesterday Dean came and cleared a blocked drain. He told me when he would be able to do this work and followed up on his promise. when the work was done everything was cleared up and back to normal. He was very polite and friendly. He had previously done a similar job for me back in 2012 so he must have a lot of experience by now.
