Ashcroft Carpet Cleaners came between Christmas and New Year on short notice to clean two carpets for me before I had to go away. They did a fantastic job and I recommend getting them in for any carpet cleaning jobs. They clean all kinds of stuff other than carpets too.

Wow what a difference! Ian came into clean our office carpets over the weekend, when coming in this morning it was like walking into a different office, looking and smelling soooo different and all for the better. We are VERY pleased with the carpets and flooring, the toilets & kitchen actually have a bit of bling, we’ve never noticed the sparkle in the flooring before!! Many thanks Ian, wonderful job, we all feel we should be wearing our carpet slippers to work!

The outcome of hiring this company is we now have 13 year old formerly stained carpets that are in as new condition. Ian aspires to provide a streamlined, professional service at good value and achieved excellence in all categories. We are no less than thrilled with the results and can hardly believe just how great the whole experience has been. At our assessment meeting Ian explained everything that the cleaning process involves, what he required of us and the cost of the work. The only thing that was not entirely clear was just how amazing his service is - it is outstanding and second to none.

Just invested in a small rental property with my partner. Asked Ian to quote on cleaning carpets. He told me that he also renovates tiles floors and bathrooms. Following a competitive quote - got him to clean carpets - renovate tiles shower/bath and bathroom floor and renovate red quarry tiles in the dining area. He tells me the products he uses are from USA. well they got something right - as did Ian. Floors look fantastic - tiled areas grouting looks good as new and the sealant he put down seems to resist dirt really well. Carpets great too. Ian is a thoroughly nice bloke - works really hard and obviously really cares about providing a good service. He did a few things I'd not asked him to do just to make sure the job was finished to a great standard. Highly recommended - especially the tiling and tiled floor renovation - amazing job!!

The workmanship and attention to detail shown by Ian at Ashcroft was fantastic. Our cream corner sofa was showing signs of wear and tear. Ian worked hard and has changed the appearance of the sofa for the better - it now looks like new. He is easy to have around, is punctual and gets on with the job. The Nags Head Hotel restaurant and bar used Ian's services recently, provided an exceptional service. We needed to dodge around our customers and have a quick drying time, which were our key needs, as well as clean carpets of course. Had a disaster with candle wax on carpet at the weekend- called Ian and he was able to come and sort it out the same day. He has probably been to us to clean our carpets 4-5 times over the last several years and I can unreservedly recommend him. He is always reliable, polite and does a fantastic job for a fair and reasonable price. I have always been very impressed with what he can do with carpets- he really does get amazing results. Have two large light beige sofa's that had been in storage. They were soiled with dirt, blood and rust. After Ian cleaning both they look like new sofa's. Would definitely highly recommend Ashcroft and would not hesitate to use them again.

Earlier this month we use Ashcroft to clean all the carpets in our house. Ian was punctual and professional and has done a brilliant job of all the carpets, leaving them looking as bright as they were when they were first laid. We were most impressed with the removal of a substantial sudacrem stain as well as a coffee stain that was about 5 years old and hadn't been removed with previous cleaners.
