Hi. I have used Ashcroft for several years now. Ian knows his stuff and has managed to keep the pale carpets I inherited when I moved here in pristine condition. He also regularly cleans my three piece suite and this time freshened up some rugs. The protection product he uses is very efficient - red wine or curry spills cleaned off easily. I highly recommend him

I spoke to several carpet cleaners around the area who were unable to remove a carpet stain , however I am so happy with the service Ian provided - there has been a great improvement . Highly recommend :)

We had Ian from Ashcroft visit us today to clean two of our carpets, we’re delighted with the outcome!

Ian did an excellent job with our stained sofa and carpets, got them look like new again. After consulting another cleaning services in St Neots who I felt where a bit inexperienced with cleaning sofas ( and much more expensive) I contacted Ian who assessed the job quickly and explained everything (clearly very experienced) and provided a quote immediately which was very competitive and book the job for the following week.
They use state of the art technology for cleaning the sofa and the carpets, and the results were even better than what I was expecting, no stain survived. Ian was very professional and Im very happy with his job and I would recommend them.

I found Ashcroft through an online recommendation. Ian visited first to do a quote which was competitive. Communication was good throughout.
He did the work today which consisted of cleaning 2 sofas, various carpets and he colour sealed the bathroom floor. Ian was punctual and worked tirelessly throughout the day. He left the site clean and tidy and he did an excellent job.

I have an old IKEA rug which had never been cleaned, it was to be cleaned or replaced but I love(d) the colours. It went to Ashcroft very dirty and came back like new. For £60, and it was collected and delivered back to my house. I am very pleased with the service. Also very pleasant to deal with.

My woollen lounge rug lost its lustre over the years and as my large long-haired dog loved to lie on it the time had definitely come to call Ashcroft - and I was definitely not disappointed. The rug came back with a fluffiness I hadn’t seen in years, the pile was deep and had its shine back, and it had a clean smell. Thank you Ashcroft for an excellent service. I definitely recommend.

Ian provided an excellent service. Very good communication, prompt and responsive, when booking the appointment. He was kindly very flexible with his diary and fitted us in at short notice. During the appointment he was courteous, professional, on-time, and swift - he finished ahead of the estimated job time having done excellent quality work. We were very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use Ashcroft's again in future.

Ian, with Ashcroft, did a superb job for us yesterday and we're absolutely thrilled with the results! This was our 1st time using Ashcroft and it definitely won't be the last! We needed two bedrooms (one with many emulsion paint stains),a runner and stairway carpets cleaned and it mast be said, they all came up like new. Seriously, he was able to get some pretty old stains up and the whole place looks, feels and smells super clean. We learned he can also make tiled floors/walls come up like new - including adding to and reviving old stained and crumbling grout. Ashcroft has far surpassed our expectations and is now our first and only choice of floor and carpet cleaning in St Neots.

Great service, Ian cleaned a carpet after an accident quickly and thoroughly. We also had our tiles in the kitchen and bathroom deep cleaned and i’m really pleased with the results.

Ian arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning our 18 year old, very grubby 2-seater sofa. Glad to know that no chemicals were used and results were still brilliant. It was a well priced service and we would definitely recommend and use again.
