In the competitive (and, frankly, expensive) world of safaris, 2by2 provided us with excellent value for money. Their attention to detail was outstanding throughout, ensuring that we could enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything. They work with very good in-country providers: local knowledge and expertise was central to our safari and the involvement of local operators clearly helps to develop the local communities. We can't wait to travel with 2by2 again soon.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in South Africa. From the start I found 2 by 2 Holidays extremely efficient and helpful. Furthermore, Claire listened carefully to my requests and put together the perfect holiday for us. Everything went like clockwork because of service they provided. I am happy to give them 5 stars and would definitely use them again.

I have booked many holidays now with 2by2 Holidays, as now have my brother and several friends. The reason I keep coming back to them is they get the details right and that can make the difference between a great holiday and a good holiday. Part of that comes from their full in-depth knowledge of the destinations but also from doing a proper job as a travel agent, understanding what you really want from your holiday and ensuring that's what you get. Their in country contacts always seem to be the best, I have lost count of other travellers who have asked me jealously who I am travelling with, and so far over eight big holidays arrangements have been perfect. I could probably travel cheaper but I would rather pay for those crucial details.

Just back from a fabulous 2 week tour of India's Golden Triangle and Rajasthan, planned and organised by 2BY2. Not only did they book our travel and accommodation in some fabulous hotels and havelis (traditional mansions now used as hotels), they organised our driver and local guides. With advice from their travel expert who had first-hand experience of the area, they suggested more unusual activities that were especially suited to us. They took on board our inputs which helped make this a superb trip. We'll certainly be looking for 2BY2 to help plan our next trip.

As a wheelchair user, everything needs to be thoroughly planned to ensure activities and locations are accessible. This is the third time I have used 2by2 Holidays and they have been great from start to finish, answering all my many questions in a timely matter and dealing with everything efficiently and to a high standard.
I have just come back from Peru and Ecuador, neither of places easily accessible as you can imagine, but I had an amazing time and didn't have to worry about anything except to enjoy myself.
