Tom and his staff are always welcoming and friendly, the salon always looks good ( recent fabulous refurbish with massage chairs in the washing area...!) , and results, whether cut or colour, are always to the highest professional standard. It's simple - I would not let anyone else touch my hair!
I trust Tom at Toni & Guy so much with my hair ( which is my crowning glory!) that I don't even bother telling him what I want/need - I just sit down & let him get on with it - I know that it's going to look fabulous! He takes the time to not only look properly at your hair & its condition, but also to understand your lifestyle & how much time/knowledge you have to take care of your cut at home. Result: my hair is done in 5 minutes flat!Oh, and he's a lovely guy with it! The only salon I let touch my hair...
