Passed my driving test today after a tough personal journey overcoming my anxiety and facing my fears. I could not have done this with anyone else! Vern was patient, supportive, clear and had amazing methods to support learning and make the experience enjoyable. The only negative to passing my test is I'm going to miss my driving lessons and chats with Vern!<br>I would 100% recommend Vern and his team at 'Learn with Vern' if you are looking for a driving instructor who cares and will teach you safe driving methods for life, they go the extra mile and the results speak for themselves 😊

Cannot recommend this driving school, and particularly Simon enough!<br>I came to Simon as an older, very anxious and nervous driver having previously attempted to learn to drive with other instructors and giving up. Simon was patient and eased my nerves from day one. The nerves never left but Simon knew how to manage them, gently nudging me and coaching me to believe in myself more and converted them into a first time pass for me which I'm thrilled about.<br>I can't believe it and can't thank him enough. This will really change my life 😊

I passed with only 1 minor on the 11th August 2025 with Tony as my instructor! I have done many months of lessons with Tony and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is incredibly patient, calm spoken and respectful. He always encouraged me to not be so perfect but to always be safe. So incredibly happy with my results and it is all down to Tony and his hard work and a lot of Saturday mornings spent with me! Thank you! 🥹

Honestly cannot fault Vern at all, he is an amazing driving instructor. All throughout my lessons I learnt the why behind what decisions to make so that I could be confident driving wherever, not just where I learnt to drive. Vern is friendly, welcoming and adaptable teaching me how to drive in the way I learn best. 10/10 would recommend to anyone learning how to drive!

Vern is an exceptional driving instructor! From the very first lesson, he made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. I had around 10 hours with Tony May @ Learn with Vern and I can’t express enough how grateful I am. Passed my test first time with no faults at all. I can't recommend Vern enough! I was very apprehensive about having lessons as I am an anxious person. Vern treated me with kindness, patience and understanding that I will always appreciate! you get taught how to drive to be able to pass your driving test as well as you are taught how to be a proper driver who is able to take on any situation on the road whether it is something that may be assessed on your driving test, or not. I had Simon as my instructor and can confidently say I don’t think it’s possible to have a better instructor. Hope to meet up someday for a coffee with Simon and catch up. Passed first time thank you
