I was looking around for an engagement ring but something different to the normal diamond on a plain ring. I saw a design in one of their catalogues for a really nice band whereby the design is made of "leaves". I immediately went in store on what actually turned out to be their anniversary and got complimentary wine and some cupcakes!!! It was the customer service from Abby that really impressesd though as the ring i wanted wasn't strictly an engagement ring however they liaised with the creator to have a bespoke version made that is of the same design but smaller in width. I loved the final product and i guess the other half did too, as she's now my fiance and we're on our way to getting married next year!
