Visit The Mindfulness Tree for meditation, coffee and community.

On the final Saturday of each month, we get together for some time to meditate and explore a different theme related to mindfulness practice. Open to both beginners and experienced meditators.

Each morning is split into two 50 minute sessions (including meditation and discussion) and an intervening coffee break.
