Situated in the town centre offering a wide range of recreational facilities, cafe, and well known for its award-wining floral displays. Free community events take place throughout the year. The park opened in 1904, it was named in memory of the Caldecott family who were lords of Rugby Manor. There is a cafe 'The Old Tool Shed' which has now been refurbished and is now open for the summer season.The cafe serves a selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks and ice creams. It is open from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm during the summer season.
