What's on in Rawtenstall this Christmas?

The answer is - LOTS!! There's something for all the family this year in Rawtenstall from pop up stalls from some of your favourite traders through to a magically festive skating rink.

Friday 29th November sees the Christmas Lights Switch On - wrap up warm for the cold and enjoy the beginning of the Christmas festivities with the spectacular event that highlights the start of the season. 6pm

There'll also be live entertainment and carol singing at Rawtenstall Christmas market - it's all happening at the Town Square from 6pm and the markets return on Sat 30th November and Sunday 1st December.

Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December Woodcocks Solicitors host Santa's Grotto. Bring the children to see the man himself and express their Christmas gift wishes.

Get your skates on - Rawtenstall Town Square see's the delights of the skating rink and a great opportunity to have some festive fun with the family. Friday 29th November 6 -10pm, Saturday 30th November to Sunday 8th December 12-8pm

Rossendale Ski Slope 40th Anniversary celebrations. Enjoy a winter Olympics road show, Christmas craft market, owls, a 70's disco and beer tent on Sunday 1st December from 10am until 6pm

Love shopping? Rossendale traders will be hosting pop up shops on the Town Square between Monday 2nd to Friday 6th December between 12-8pm.

Last but by no means least there will be aproduce for the table launch by BaSE with local food and drink as well as traders markets, cookery demonstrations and much more on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December between 12 and 8pm in Town Square.
