October is officially Breast Cancer Awareness month, and on the 29th we would love you to get involved with our fantastic new idea, and all you have to do is wear pink! It’s that simple, we’ll do the rest!
All we’re asking you to do is take £1 to work and we at Rossendale Radio will come and collect it from you and do all the hard work, so you don’t have to! We’ll be taking pictures of you in all your pink finery to put on our website, and we’ll be out and about in the Valley to chat to people supporting a fantastic cause, and dressed in pink.
We need businesses, factories, places of work, schools in fact EVERYONE to be part of this, whether you have just one, or one hundred employees! This could be a fantastic day for the Rossendale Valley, and a great fundraiser for charity, at the same time as you having fun! Why not organise an event within the workplace to raise extra funds! Let us know and we’ll even advertise it for you on air to give you great coverage! All you need to do is ring or e-mail to let us know you want to register.
