Rossendale Radio joined us as one of our highly recommended members last year and their transmitter has now been switched on! This local community radio station serves the Rossendale area from Haslingden to Bacup, and Crawshawbooth to Ramsbottom. Over 72,000 adults live in Rossendale, which currently has no other commercial radio stations.
Rossendale Radio will be on air 24 hours a day with local news, community views, and the best music from the last 4 decades. Listeners will be able to interact in many different ways from requesting their favourite song, to winning prizes - LIVE on air!
The radio station is run by a small team of both full and part time staff, as well as a dedicated group of volunteers. The community team can also publicise events, organisations and groups for free!
