Brian has many examples of this dedication to offering first rate customer service and a great instance of this would be two recent short notice deliveries to Germany. The first was for a customer in Manchester who needed a small item delivered to Munich the same day! Although the customer called relatively late at 2.30pm, Brian and Stuart found flights to Munich within 15 minutes, collected the parcel at 4pm and made the delivery at 10.30pm that same night.
The second example materialised following a call from a regular customer at 9am on Friday, who desperately needed three boxes delivered to Dusseldorf for an exhibition the next day. After making some enquiries Brian and Stuart found suitable flights and were given the go-ahead to deliver the parcels. The boxes were collected an hour after the customer's initial call and were personally delivered to the exhibition venue in Dusseldorf just five hours later!
Needless to say, both customers were very impressed with the service from Premier Transport and continue to use Brian and Stuart for their deliveries.
