Metis HR are newest business into Hurstwood's Station House

Metis HR have agreed a deal with Hurstwood to lease an office suite at Station House in Rawtenstall.

 

The company have signed a lease on Suite 3, on the second floor of the building. Only three offices now remain available to let at the property. 

Metis HR specialise in helping employers deal with all kinds of HR related issues. The company’s Managing Director Alison Driver said: “I chose to relocate to Station House due to sustained growth and new development plans for my company. I shall be starting the New Year by offering free employment advice surgeries to Rossendale employers and needed good quality, centrally located office premises from which to deliver them. Station House fit the bill perfectly.”  

Station House is located off New Hall Hey Road, close to Rawtenstall Town Centre and next to the town’s railway station. 

The building itself is a converted mill and features many original features, including exposed beams and stone work. The remaining offices are the combined suites 1 and 2, which measures 723 sq ft, and the 660 sq ft suite 9. 

Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations. It is based at No 1 Marsden Street, Manchester.
