Rossendale's group work hard to not only plant and grow a variety of vegetables in a number of locations, they educate families on the benefits of becoming self-sufficient and want to show children that there is more to food than tinned or ready-made meals.
Incredible Edible Rossendale are encouraging locally sourced produce and have a vision to support small businesses through the growth of fresh, healthy food. This community group host a variety of events throughout the year and encourage those living in Rossendale to help them improve and maintain plots in the area.
