As a result of design and technology developed by Internet Solutions Services Limited (ISSL – www.issl.co.uk ) based in St Marys Chambers, Rawtenstall, it has been announced that two leading estate agents have won Gold Awards in the highly respected Estate Agent of the Year Awards 2009, sponsored by the Sunday Times.
Well-established estate agent Reeds Rains – www.reedsrains.co.uk won a Gold Award for Best Innovation at the Estate Agent of the Year Awards 2009 with a product developed in conjunction with ISSL. Recognising the growing consumer demand for technology on the move, Reeds Rains and ISSL developed a search facility to be used on i-phone and Blackberry devices. Users have the ability to search for homes using the GPS on their phones according to their location at that time including directions to the property and access to full property description, pictures and branch information. The judges commended Reeds Rains for developing an innovation which was of genuine and direct benefit to their customers.
Leading UK estate agent YOUR MOVE, another ISSL customer, won Gold Award for Best Technology/Web. YOUR MOVE impressed the judges with the ongoing search engine optimisation work that ISSL has been carrying out on their website, www.your-move.co.uk. YOUR MOVE was considered a worthy winner of this award by creating a technology enabled customer journey.
