Went here two days ago for tooth extraction ( 6 teeth ) I can’t stress enough how nervous I was, I went in sat down got sedated and what felt like 1 min later the procedure was done, I didn’t feel a thing, I was worried about this appointment for at least a month before I went and honestly was the best dentist appointment I’ve had yet

Having hating going to the the dentist for years alongside suffering from depression. My teeth arent the best. My past two visits have been with DR. patel. Firstly hes friendly . Secondly professional but with dignity for clients. No shame. Just assessed what was going on and gave friendly but firm feedback. Gave advise and now after treatment im on track to have better teeth. My root canal waszlong but in all honesty i was relaxed all way through. Its not his fault drills are horrendous in their sound but my first treatment where i was calm and relaxed. Actually booked my follow up appointment and will attend. First time for everything. Nice to have a dentist that actually is human and helpful which helps the road to self care alot easier. Also the receptionist was amazing at helping me secure appointments around my work. Thank you.

Amazing service from Synergy. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Went in for a tooth extraction and was extremely nervous but everyone helped to put me at ease and was in and out quickly.

Attended for an extraction under sedation - I am an extremely anxious patient and the extraction had potential to be complex. I have never had sedation before and this added to my fears. I was in safe hands with Ganesh and his team. Special thanks go to Chrissie (I hope I have remembered the name correctly) for holding my hand and all her reassurance. I remember very little about the procedure but I do recall it being pain free. Early days of my recovery but I still remain pain free and feeling very grateful for being looked after by a great team.

I phoned up and had a consulting of 30quid he listened to me as I was on benefits and didn't have much money and said if I travel from Cornwall to Birmingham he would give me a free check up on my teeth to see what treatment I needed first before they began. So im getting a hygiene clean then im going to have some work done was very helpful and understanding of what I needed.

Dr Karim's professional experience fitting my Dental Implants was awesome.
My treatment was pain free with local anaesthetic.
Dr Karim, Lisa, Kim, Dan and all the Staff helping him were very helpful, welcoming, warm and friendly. Dr Karim fitted 4 Implants and a temporary denture 4 days ago and my swelling has nearly all gone.
I throughly and whole heartedly recommend Dr Karim and Synergy Dental Clinic Bolton.
I look forward to my next appointment with him to get my permanent teeth in a few months time.

Had an appointment today for a check up and deep clean. was a positive experience , Isra was very patient and reassuring. She explained what she was doing at every step of the process and also gave me useful advice about dental hygiene . Both Isra and Zara ( dental nurse) were very professional but friendly and approachable .

Ive had an amazing experience with the birmingham surgery. Ive had constant contact from Aisha from the sales team, both pre and post treatment. My dentist,Mr Khan, explained the procedure in great depth and i didnt feel pressured into going ahead with the treatment. I had a single implant and had shopped around before deciding on using Synergy. The reception staff are also very lovely and welcoming. Top marks all round :)

I'm a very anxious patient, and Dr Kashif Razvi made me feel immediately at ease, almost like it was a friend holding the appointment, he was so professional and caring and really went above and beyond to help my situation. I highly recommend this dentist, and i will definitely be booking back in with him as I've never felt so at ease at a dentist, a massive thankyou to Dr Razvi, and hopefully I will see you in the near future. 😁 💯 The reception are welcoming and very helpful. The dentist ,Dr Kashif Razvi who works in the surgery at the very top of the building is outstanding. He listens to you and always lets you know what is happening during your treatment
