After many years of dreading the dentist, I have finally found a fantastic dentist. Dr Rachidi quickly puts you at ease & ensures you are comfortable & pain free. I recently had composite bonding on my two front teeth & the results were amazing, receiving many compliments from family & friends. I would highly recommend Dr Karim Rachidi to any nervous patients & especially to anyone wanting cosmetic dentistry. Only wish I'd have visited him sooner. Many thanks again

We had been with a private practice in accrington who I will keep anonymous
He had been very negative and more and more appointments were advised
But I couldn't keep up with ongoing costs until ihad to cancel future treatments for myself.After 6 months I had tried to make routine checkup only to find new clients fee was again required
I have always thought if they had not have done that I would not hav charged to Greatharwood Synergy
They care have positive practical advise
Always try to reassure me and thoroughly explain what options are available
Including my daughters treatment allowed me to really understand and observe her procedure, never being distracted or unaware of my worries and
Insured confidence and successful completion of his work

From walking in the door and being greeted by Victoria the whole experience was fantastic. I needed a tooth extracting and Dr Zohaib and nurse Vicky were fantastic. Dr Zohaib explained everything that was going to happen and when it came to putting the injection in my gums it was pain free in fact I questioned him to see if he had done it. overall to say I have had a tooth out it was quick, easy and pain free Thank you to the whole team you are fantastic

Was always worried about going to a private dentist of fear of the costs.. but its similar if not cheaper than the NHS. One huge difference is that my appointment went ahead at the time I booked unlike any other NHS where I always had to wait 45mins+ for my appointment. Both the dentist and hygienist were super friendly. Great experience!!!!

I'm glad to actually say I like my dentist he's a nice chap and he's always taken care of me. I recently 2/9/21 had a new (white) filling put in and it was as good a service as could be. When I got home and inspected it I couldn't tell where my tooth ended and the filling began its absolutely spot on and yet again 10/10 for service and care given.

I was somewhat surprised when I turned up for my appointment to find my dentist had changed ownership.
Very pleased to see my original dentist Dr Carol Leadbetter was still there.. she's great!
Hopefully things will be better once the building works has been completed, but would have expected to have been notified of the changes by Synergy.

I highly recommend this dental clinic. Dr Zohaib Zaman performed a totally pain free procedure and I left with a temporary bridge that far surpassed my expectations. So realistic looking and very comfortable. Zohaib is not only a perfectionist, he is a kind and caring man who explains everything clearly and does everything he can to put his patients at ease. I cannot thank him enough! I would also like to thank the dental nurse Vicky Garnett for her kindness during the procedure (and for the loan of her hand when I needed it). And a special thank you to Victoria, the receptionist, who is just wonderful! Finally, I want to say that I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment - that's how good this dental clinic is!

I absolutely hate dentists. But my experience so far with this dentist has been better than I have ever received. The treatment program they have designed for me seems to be the best going forward. We have even discussed long term plan >6-8 years in the future. I feel at ease knowing I am being looked after properly. And spreading the cost has made it easier to manage the treatment.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because it has been quite difficult to reach the surgery at times. Also repeat phone calls about the same thing from different staff. A very minor thing, as all the staff are very friendly and the practice seems very professional.

Went there with a cracked tooth, it was a big complication due to the root/nerve etc
Synergy referred me to a specialist on my situation and saved me from a lot of pain (with no additional costs)

Best dentist ever!!
This is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. They were extremely helpful...knew exactly what was best for me an was completely transparent with costs. They even recommended a cheaper option to what i wanted originally as it wouldn't of been beneficial to myself which says alot about them as a company. Would 100% recommend to anyone

The practice in Great Harwood have friendly, helpful staff, and the dental practitioner I see is extremely skilled and thoughtful about his client's welfare.
I am always given the best recommendations, and they don't overcharge or encourage you to spend more.
On a recent visit I received a discount due to the dentist requiring less time and work than expected.
This is the best dentist I have been to and I couldn't recommend enough.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Synergy Dental in Bury. Unfortunately I am no stranger to the dentist, crowns and implants. For my latest crown I was seen by Dr Mateen Ahmed. He has an excellent manner, explaining options and making you feel right at ease. Impressed with his use of what appeared to me cutting edge technology. No nasty tasting moulds needed these days but modern micro camera to scan the teeth to produce a model that was then used to produce the crown, which fitted perfectly 😁. The only pain? Paying for it! 🥴. By far, the best experience to date of having a crown (and other treatment) and highly recommended - Thanks Mateen and team 👍
