Receptionist was efficient and friendly.
I went for my initial consultation with the dentist on the bottom floor.
He was amazing.
Really listened and worked with me. Making sure I was comfortable and happy throughout. He offered a person centred approach with a gentle understanding and patience for my insecurities!
He really was very thorough and worked with me not against me.

This was my first dentist appointment in 11 years, and I was really impressed by the whole experience. The reception staff was welcoming and the waiting area was spotless and comfortable. The dentist I had (Kash) was extremely skilled and took the time to explain the process every step of the way. I left feeling confident in my dental health and I’ve booked my follow up!

Was nervous but the Dentist was class.. Lovely young man. He was perfect, really caring and explained in detail my treatment options. The whole set up is class. I was given an in depth X Ray debrief and he was a Superstar

For the past few appointments I have waited over half an hour past my actual appointment time to be seen. Today I waited just over 50 minutes for a check up that took 5 minutes.

It would be five stars but for the heavy rear entrance door. Impossible to open without help if you're disabled. No dedicated disabled parking either at the rear, that would make a huge difference.

Had a split tooth next to my wisdom tooth removed, the dentist kept me informed during the procedure and I felt comfortable throughout. The potential risks of the procedure were explained with clarity beforehand and a leaflet provided for aftercare. Fortunately I haven't had any swelling and didn't require any painkillers during the healing process.

The staff at the clinic are amazing. Dr Mateen has been great throughout the treatment, extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the process and procedure. Would highly recommend this clinic for both dental needs and cosmetic dental needs.

Finally my new implant after waiting for my bone graft to take which thank goodness it did. Brilliant dental practice obviously cos of the people that work there special thanks to my dentist KASHIF and the other guys who were there. No pain and professional at all times THANKYOU and also to Monica on reception lovely lady. Thanks again would highly recommend 👌
