I've only been once since Cheshire Dental Care changed to Synergy and so far I haven't had any problems. The dentist I saw was very nice. The receptionist was very pleasant too. So far so good!

So I was initially terrified of going to the dentist however from start to finish you made the journey so easy and comfortable! Most importantly you have taken my fear away of visiting the dentist. The receptionist, Anisha is a credit to you and your team so please thank her from me too. I would recommend anyone whose looking to have Invisalign done and 100% have my check ups regularly.

Each visit to the team at Synergy Farnworth has been exceptional for me. Dr Bilal Salim is extremely friendly yet maintaining his professionalism at all times. I called the dental surgery and explained to the receptionist that I was in excruciating dental pain, I had been up most of the night in pain and analgesics did not help. The receptionist was very kind, she listened and managed to get me a appointment on the same day. When I went in to the practice my temperature was taken and I was asked to complete a medical history form online. I was called in by the dentist (Dr Bagasi) who asked me about the problem and examined the area, he took a x-ray and told me that it was a root canal problem. He explained what the problem was why I was in pain and what dental procedure needed to be carried out. Once I had consented to the procedure Dr Bagasi talked me through what he was doing throughout the procedure and was amazing. Afterwards he explained what I needed to do for maintaining good oral health and provided me with a leaflet. I am extremely grateful to Dr Bagasi and his team for helping me as I have never been in so much pain. I would recommend this practice and will be attending here for my regular check ups.

I have had a really good experience at Synergy. After needing to have a back tooth removed, I decided to have an implant. The service I have received has been amazing. All staff I have interacted with from the dentist to the reception staff have been lovely and helpful. I have recommended them to a friend who had a bad experience somewhere else and she loves it here too.

I highly recommend this dental clinic. Dr Zohaib Zaman performed a totally pain free procedure and I left with a temporary bridge that far surpassed my expectations. So realistic looking and very comfortable. Zohaib is not only a perfectionist, he is a kind and caring man who explains everything clearly and does everything he can to put his patients at ease. I cannot thank him enough! I would also like to thank the dental nurse Vicky Garnett for her kindness during the procedure (and for the loan of her hand when I needed it). And a special thank you to Victoria, the receptionist, who is just wonderful! Finally, I want to say that I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment - that's how good this dental clinic is!
