The receptionist are extremely polite and very friendly which makes a good experience for patients. They are very understanding of patients and treat everyone with respect. The dentist himself is such a lovely man. Very polite and whilst having an injection in my mouth so as to remove a tooth that was loose he kept asking if I was ok and if I was in any pain whilst removing the tooth . The dental practice is such a nice,friendly place and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Excellent service from both reception and dentist.

Nurses and receptionist were so lovely towards me and very knowledgeable from answering my questions, dentist was so clear and advised me on what I needed to know, now recommending this practice to my friends as I couldn’t of had a better experience.

I had a very good experience at the Synergy Dental Clinic today. The staff were professional and friendly. The dentist explained my condition clearly and talked me through the treatment options in a simple way. This made me feel comfortable and confident about my dental care. I really appreciate the great service from the whole team. Highly recommend!

Before being a patient at this practice I had severe dentist anxiety, to today where I was even looking forward to my appointment?
I approached Sunergy Dental to begin the process of 4 dental implants which I learnt would extremely complicated. My initial consultation was with Dr Kashif who took the time to thoroughly discuss the whole process, was clear with my options and was deeply reassuring throughout.
Dr Karim and Beth have carried out the whole process and have consistently put me at ease, communicated clearly and with such levels of patience I cannot recommend them enough especially when undergoing such extensive work.
Finally Jen who was nothing but patient and reassuring too.
I am used to dentists with a revolving door of staff that offer nothing more than shame and anxiety, it is amazing to have found such brilliant practice that even with an intense surgery I have felt calm, reassured and supported. I cannot recommend them enough.

I got my teeth cleaned yesterday by doctor Aya Mohamed, She was very gentle while cleaning my teeth , She explained all the treatments that need to be done to me and helped me get over my stress and anxiety of being in a dental practice

Bittersweet feeling completing my Invisalign journey! I had the most pleasant experience receiving my treatment at Synergy Dental Bury. The process from start to finish was straightforward and well organised. The reception staff were always welcoming and friendly, and they took the time to find appointments that worked around my schedule.
As for my dentist, Dr Kash — I have no words. A dentist who truly prioritises patient care and always delivers the best service possible. I never felt rushed during appointments, and he always took the time to answer my (sometimes many!) questions with patience and reassurance.
In my opinion, an excellent dentist with impeccable customer service and patient care. I would definitely recommend Dr Kash, and it’s safe to say I’ll be returning to synergy dental for any cosmetic dental treatments in the future.

I recently had a tooth extraction, and I’m honestly very pleased with how everything went. The dentist took the time to explain the procedure clearly and answered all of my questions. During the extraction, they were gentle and attentive, frequently checking to make sure I was comfortable. The procedure itself was much quicker and less stressful than I expected.

My 8 year old daughter has just come out of her appointment for 4 fillings with a huge smile on her face. Her dentist, Isla was amazing with her and Donna the dental nurse was superb at talking her through everything so it wasn’t scary. An appointment we were both dreading turned into a positive experience for her.
