I visited Synergy Liverpool in Oct 22 after my partner had dental work at synergy in Bolton and could only sing the staffs praises.
I had a consultation with Dr Wasif Jamil for dental implants, Once a date for my surgery was planned I should have had antibiotics, as I didn’t have them the practice manager delivered the prescription to my house. Going out of her way to make sure I had them.
On the day of my surgery I was made to feel at ease by all the staff
Through out the whole procedure Dr Jamil constantly asked if I was ok. I was expecting it to be a lot worse than it was. I had hardly any bruising and not too much swelling which was something I was a bit worried about.
I’ve had a three teeth bridge on two implants. I could not fault any of the after care I had been given. I have now had the crowns attached to the implants and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I am no longer self conscious of smiling thank to Dr Jamil and rest of the lovely staff Alicia, Saffron and Holly

Extremely accommodating, personalised consultation and examination. I really felt like the dentist actually cared. Iv been struggling with my wisdom teeth for years and I can't open my mouth fully. Iv been fobbed off by so many dentists but this dentist was brilliant and listened to my concerns. I don't have the best teeth but I didn't feel judged or nervous. A follow up call the next day. I feel like they went above and beyond. Thank you synergy and thank you doctor!

Can’t say enough about Synergy at Blackpool, especially to my Dentist, Dr Vjala, she knows how anxious and very nervous I get, but I didn’t need to worry as she was so kind, gentle and made me feel at ease at all times, also credit to all the staff that work there. Dr Vjala is just an amazing lady and Dentist. I’m so much confident now with my new Crowns, I’m one happy smiley customer. 😃

I don't normally leave reviews but felt I must this time. After having a mini break down in the Dentists chair from the fear of having two teeth extracted my Dentist was absolutely amazing, he was very calming and patient explaining everything in great detail and how the sedation would work the whole experience was pain free even after the extraction I would definitely recommend and no more sleepless nights for me next time I need to visit I wish all Dentists were like this.
